Job Summary
Lead IT projects supporting DINFOS operational and academic requirements; oversee system administration, network engineering, service desk operations, and academic systems integration; evaluate infrastructure and recommend improvements; research and implement current and emerging technologies for on-premises and cloud IT environments; coordinate with government stakeholders and contractor teams; ensure compliance with DoD, organizational, and cybersecurity requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Four-year degree or equivalent documented experience as an Information Technology Project Manager
- Extensive experience managing information technology projects and technical teams
- Thorough knowledge of information technology disciplines including system administration, network engineering, service desk operations, and systems integration
- Demonstrated experience supporting both on-premises and cloud-based IT infrastructures
- Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and procedures
- Experience evaluating technologies and developing recommendations for modernization and continuous improvement
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
