Job Summary
Project Manager - Industrial Electrical leads full project life cycle from bid through closeout on industrial electrical builds in the Dallas–Fort Worth market; on-site daily with up to 50% travel. Responsibilities include coordinating crews, managing billing, preparing bid sheets and contractual proposals, delivering weekly and monthly financial forecasts, coordinating material and equipment procurement, and conducting quality and safety audits to ensure NEC and OSHA compliance. Travel to client sites across the Dallas–Fort Worth region for surveys, technical training, and stakeholder meetings. Preferred qualifications include hands-on electrical field experience and construction-management knowledge, with strong client interfacing and ability to manage multiple active projects.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of electrical project management experience (project quoting, crew management, material procurement)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and ability to interpret engineered drawings, bid specs, and construction take-offs
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to travel up to 50% to job sites across the Dallas-Fort Worth region; valid driver's license required
