Project Manager - Industrial Construction Projects

Job Summary
Lead the project team daily by coordinating activities, defining development strategy with the client and Project Director, and establishing governance procedures. Act as the primary contact for the client, managing communication channels with contractors and stakeholders while ensuring compliance with the Quality Management System. Monitor and control the project cost plan and schedule, prepare monthly status reports, and maintain the risk register. Define the procurement strategy, manage document filing structures, and coordinate contractor evaluations. Requires a degree in engineering or related fields, approximately 10 years of experience including 5 as a Project Manager, fluency in Spanish and B3 English, and availability for occasional travel.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering (Bachelor's or Master's), Architecture, Building Engineering, Technical Architecture, Industrial Engineering, or related disciplines
- Approx.10 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years as a Project Manager in construction, office, logistics/industrial, or similar projects
- A thorough understanding of the total project life cycle, from project inception stage, design, through to construction completion and post-project review
- Excellent knowledge and experience of all of the main project management concepts, tools and techniques
- Familiar with Microsoft Office, MS Project, office productivity tools, and BIM platforms
- Strong communication skills and seeking to leverage their skills within an international professional context
- Fluent in Spanish and min. B3 level in English language
- Available for travels to project locations on an occasional basis
