Job Summary
Manage ground-up industrial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, overseeing safety, quality, scheduling, and financial performance. Develop comprehensive project schedules, monitor budgets, and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field operations. Review and administer subcontract agreements, manage RFIs and change orders, and lead meetings with owners, architects, and consultants. Conduct regular jobsite walks to ensure compliance with specifications and proactively resolve project challenges. Deliver projects safely, on schedule, and within budget. Requires 5+ years of project management experience in commercial or industrial construction, proficiency with Procore, and a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience in commercial or industrial construction
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects from preconstruction through final completion
- Strong knowledge of scheduling, budgeting, cost control, contracts, subcontract administration, and construction documentation
- Experience using Procore and the Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
Desired Qualifications
- Experience managing ground-up tilt-wall, warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or industrial facilities is strongly preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required
