Project Manager-Industrial Construction

Manage industrial construction projects from planning through completion, serving as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle. Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and design professionals to ensure project objectives are achieved while developing and maintaining schedules, budgets, forecasts, and cost controls. Lead subcontractor coordination, procurement activities, and construction planning, proactively resolving schedule, budget, and operational challenges. Ensure compliance with quality standards, contract requirements, and company safety expectations by preparing project reports, change orders, and financial updates. Travel to project sites as necessary to support successful execution.
