Job Summary
Lead Full Project Lifecycle Delivery for Industrial Division projects from pre-construction and planning through execution, close-out, and final handover, ensuring safety, on-schedule delivery, budget adherence, and alignment with contractual requirements. Responsibilities include managing budgets, costs, forecasts, schedules, change management, risk, and contract/subcontract changes; building and maintaining strong client, consultant, subcontractor, and supplier relationships; mentoring a project team (up to 15 direct reports); and championing Health, Safety, Environment & Quality (HSEQ) processes. Requires a technical trade certificate with extensive field experience; Engineering Degree or Technical Diploma preferred. Minimum of 5 years of direct project management experience, with 7+ years for senior roles, on projects up to $50M. Location: Edmonton, Canada; on-site/off-site arrangement indicated as on-site.
