Project Manager- Industrial and Commercial

Job Summary
Lead all phases of project execution, including safety, scheduling, budgeting, and client coordination for complex industrial and commercial electrical projects. Champion a best-in-class safety culture while managing schedules, budgets, and financial projections to ensure predictable, profitable delivery. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, engineers, and stakeholders, and direct project teams to foster accountability and professional growth. Manage project tasks such as submittals, RFIs, and change orders, monitor costs and invoices, and coordinate procurement and subcontractors. Lead project closeout, documentation, and financial reconciliation, while contributing to business development, bidding, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role reports to the Pittsburgh office with flexible work options and up to 30% travel.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of leadership experience within the electrical construction industry, delivering projects on time and within budget
- Experience in Industrial, Commercial and Healthcare electrical installations
- Strong understanding of financial controls, and construction operations
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across diverse teams and stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
- The ability to perform Cross-Functional duties in Commercial and Health Care environments
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with construction/project management systems such as Accubid Anywhere, Vista, Bluebeam, Procore, Plangrid, Navisworks, or similar tools
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
