Job Summary
Industrial construction project manager will manage industrial mechanical construction projects from start to finish, overseeing field staff, subcontractors, vendors, and compliance with contracts, budgets, safety, and regulations. Coordinate scheduling, construction activities, and project accounting to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. Monitor profitability and maintain strong relationships with clients, inspectors, and internal teams. Lead teams with a focus on ethical practices, safety-first mindset, and supportive communication.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Bachelor's degree in construction/mechanical engineering, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical construction project management on industrial projects
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass background/drug screens
- Experience coordinating scheduling, budgeting, project accounting, subcontractor management, and safety compliance
