Job Summary
Conduct thorough environmental surveys for hazards including asbestos, lead, mold, radon, and VOCs through visual inspections and proper sampling techniques. Legibly complete Chain of Custody forms and prepare detailed inspection reports documenting material types, locations, and quantities. Confidently address client inquiries regarding observed conditions while performing inspections in varied environments, including confined spaces, attics, and extreme weather. Carry approximately 50 pounds throughout the day and adhere to a 40-50 hour work week with at least 50% travel. This role involves developing sampling plans, creating remediation work plans, and managing clearance testing for active indoor air quality projects.
