Job Summary
Senior Program Manager to oversee contract execution for a DoD Army IT services contract. Responsibilities include leading staffing management, risk management, quality assurance, and compliance with all Performance Work Statement requirements; overseeing enterprise IT domains such as network management, system management, cybersecurity, service desk operations, software development, asset management, and backup/disaster recovery; ensuring RMF/NIST cybersecurity compliance; coordinating with Contracting Officer and COR; providing executive-level reporting and strategic recommendations; and guiding continuous process improvements aligned with DoD modernization objectives. Requires at least a bachelor’s degree and 10 years of program management experience in large-scale enterprise IT, plus 5 years supporting DoD/Army IT/cyber programs, and active Secret clearance with TS/SCI preferred; PMP and MBSE/digital engineering experience are a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience managing large-scale enterprise IT programs
- Minimum 5 years supporting DoD or Army IT/cyber programs
- Demonstrated experience managing large enterprise IT operations and multi-vendor/subcontractor efforts
- Experience supporting RMF, cybersecurity compliance, and enterprise modernization initiatives
- Knowledge of ITIL, Agile, DevSecOps, and continuous improvement methodologies
