Job Summary
Project Manager responsible for end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery within the AssetWorks PMO. Drives project plans, tracks scope/schedule/resources, leads status meetings, manages risks and changes, ensures quality and proper documentation, oversees budgets and forecasts, manages accounts receivable, and maintains strong client relationships. Requires cross-functional collaboration with Professional Services, Development, QA, Customer Care, Hosting, Sales, and Leadership; emphasizes client communication, risk mitigation, and delivering on time within scope and budget. Travel up to 10% and flexible remote work arrangements supported. Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of software-implementation PM experience expected; strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
- 3–5 years of project management experience in software implementation
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and stakeholder expectations
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
