Job Summary
Manage scope, timeline, and success of client onboarding projects involving technology, process change, and cross-functional collaboration. Maintain close communication with internal and external stakeholders to align expectations, deliverables, and deadlines. Document key milestones, decisions, and communications throughout the project lifecycle while providing updates and status reports to leadership. Travel to client sites as needed to support onboarding, conduct planning sessions, and mitigate risks. Identify, assess, and manage project risks by developing mitigation strategies. Gather insights from enterprise projects to recommend process improvements for implementation efficiency. Build strong working relationships with cross-functional teams and client contacts.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration
- 3+ years of experience in project implementation, preferably with ERP systems
- Traveling to client sites as needed to support onboarding, conduct planning sessions, and mitigate risks
