Job Summary
Prepare for and participate in readiness assessments, then serve as the primary client face involving significant travel. Facilitate new client kick-off meetings for requirements gathering, document all needs in standard templates, and create detailed project plans with open item logs. Continuously monitor progress, report status to management and clients via weekly formats, and assist with escalated issues through direct support or subject matter experts. Provide go-live support via remote, internal, or client site access, including January 1st and other non-business days as needed. Facilitate post-implementation reviews and support internal department projects.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or related area
- Valid State Driver's License
- current Automobile Insurance Policy
- 4 years' project management experience
- working with external clients
- Knowledge of PBM
- Knowledge of healthcare industry
- The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees
- Must be able to travel as needed to meet client requirements
