Prepare for and participate in client readiness assessments, then facilitate kick-off meetings to gather requirements and document them in standard templates. Create detailed project plans and logs, continuously monitor progress via weekly status reports, and assist with escalated client or member issues through direct support or by leveraging subject matter experts. Provide go-live support via remote, internal, or client-site access, including work on January 1st and other non-business days as needed. Facilitate post-implementation reviews and support other client and internal department projects. This role requires significant travel to meet client requirements and involves building trust with health plans and strategic employers to ensure seamless transitions from current PBMs.
