Job Summary
Lead client/vendor liaison for construction projects from inception to completion; oversee budgeting, scheduling, and coordination of labor, equipment, and materials; obtain bids from vendors and subcontractors, negotiate prices, and manage vendor/subcontractor qualifications and invoices; ensure project specifications are met and maintain customer satisfaction; manage insurance certificates, permits, and client portals; document actions and progress, and assist in evaluating and reconciling vendor invoices; provide budgetary support and maintain schedules within budgets; may supervise employees and enforce PPE and safety equipment usage; prepare PowerPoint presentations with progress photos and maintain documentation across corporate, division, and local teams.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years' experience in Project Management specifically in the trades industry
- Experience in project rollouts and delivering on-time results
- 3-5 years' experience in vendor management (bids, negotiations, contractor management)
- Technical/Trade knowledge of core trades, terms, concepts, repair resolution, and material
- Proven ability to successfully manage many project simultaneously
- Ability to prepare, review, and issue all Insurance certificates
- Experience managing permitting processes for projects with local municipalities
- Experience coordinating with lead project managers to schedule labor, equipment, and material
