Job Summary

Develop full understanding of contract documents including drawings, specifications, and addenda while ensuring projects meet all safety, quality, scope, and schedule requirements at a senior leadership level. Prepare comprehensive project startup packages including budgets, job cost setup, and execution planning, then develop and maintain advanced CPM schedules with sequencing, updates, and recovery planning. Coordinate with drafting teams on shop drawings, formwork drawings, and complex construction detailing, and lead submittal coordination with subcontractors and purchasing to ensure timely procurement flow. Conduct regular jobsite visits during mobilization and active construction phases, analyze weekly job cost reporting for accuracy and trends, and present financial forecasts during monthly WIP meetings. Oversee field coordination including safety inspections, QA/QC inspections, pre-pour meetings, and testing requirements, while managing complex coordination issues, change orders, and contractual matters with owners, GCs, and subcontractors. Support timely project closeout including O&M manuals, as-builts, warranties, and final documentation packages, and lead post-project reviews and performance evaluations.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field OR equivalent experience
  • Minimum 7+ years of related construction management experience
  • Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and contract administration
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record and insurability
  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects in a high-pressure environment
  • North Florida (Regional Travel Required)

Desired Qualifications

  • Concrete or heavy civil infrastructure experience strongly preferred
  • OSHA 30 Certification preferred
  • PMP Certification a plus
  • Proficiency with MS Project or scheduling software
  • Proficiency with Bluebeam
  • Experience with Autodesk DWF Composer
  • First Aid / CPR / AED certification a plus
