Job Summary
Senior Project Manager III to coordinate cross-functional projects, drive consensus among stakeholders, establish and execute plans, monitor budgets and schedules, generate metrics and reports, identify and mitigate risks, and mentor team members. The role includes leading or supervising others, presenting status to executive leadership, and driving process improvements to enhance project performance. Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, ~8 years of project coordination experience, and strong skills in planning, communication, and Microsoft Project.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience
- Around 8 years of direct experience coordinating projects
- Exemplary coordination, organization, and prioritization skills
- Demonstrated leadership within a cross-functional team
- Expert-level knowledge of project management skills, techniques, and terminology
- Moderate business acumen related to budgets, expense planning, resource allocation, and forecasting
- Ability to manage project problems requiring creativity and ingenuity
- Ability to exercise latitude when determining and initiating work assignments
- Strong knowledge and use of Microsoft Project or other PM tracking software
- Excellent writing, documentation, and speaking skills
