Job Summary
Lead end-to-end execution of retail product development initiatives from ideation through launch and post-release support. Partner with stakeholders to deliver high-quality retail solutions; ensure alignment of project objectives with business goals and customer experience strategies. Manage multiple complex projects with competing priorities; drive Agile/Scrum best practices across teams; facilitate sprint ceremonies; collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize backlogs. Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, act as escalation point for stakeholders, and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial tracking to maximize ROI. Proactively identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and support change management for new product implementations. Maintain flexibility in approach while consistently delivering outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Project management experience, preferably in retail or product development environments
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum frameworks
- Demonstrated ability to lead large, complex projects across cross-functional teams
- Strong financial management and budgeting experience
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
- University/college degree; 3+ years of relevant experience; in lieu of a degree, combination of education, certifications, and experience may be considered
