Project Manager III

Project Manager III to lead deployment-focused engagements for OpenGov’s Public Service Platform. Responsible for setting scope, timelines, and deliverables across multiple customer deployments; managing communications with internal and external stakeholders; coordinating cross-functional teams to gather documentation and resources; guiding solution development and customer outcomes; supporting sales and creating statements of work; identifying and mitigating project risks; and occasionally traveling to customer sites for training and relationship-building. Must be adept at managing project portfolios, maintaining customer satisfaction, and adapting to evolving product changes, with strong analytical, process, and CRM/tool proficiency. Local to Chicago, IL, with in-person engagement expectations.
