Job Summary
Lead end-to-end project management for large complex projects or a transformational work stream, including initiation, scope, schedule, cost, resource planning, and risk management. Align financial, compliance, safety, customer, and operational goals across programs; drive leadership of the project team to achieve financial, timing, operational, and change-management metrics. Develop business cases, gather requirements, define deliverables and milestones, and manage budgets, forecasts, and actuals; facilitate RFPs and contract management; forecast and allocate resources; monitor risks and issues, and communicate status to senior leaders. Emphasize governance, benefits realization, and continuous improvement while partnering with diverse stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- BS Engineering, Construction, Business, Information Technology or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 10 years' experience in project management and process improvement; project management certification preferred
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate, train, lead and influence others, and adapt to change quickly
- Experience with providing work direction to diverse/distributed work teams
- Understanding of core business processes/industry trends with ability to interpret/apply ongoing changes
- Knowledge of project planning and business need justification process and methodology
- Preferred Qualifications: Focus on capital project financial execution and governance
- Vendor/contract management experience
