Job Summary
Manage assigned projects end-to-end, overseeing scope, timeline, budget, resource coordination, risk, and stakeholder communication to ensure delivery on time and within budget. Provide guidance to PMs and delivery teams on project management best practices, standard methodologies, and templates to drive consistency across the region. Define and maintain project reporting standards for status, financial tracking, and resource utilization, producing regular reporting packs for leadership while ensuring data accuracy and timeliness. Own data quality within the project management tool, including setup accuracy, time entry compliance, and forecast integrity, driving accountability for high-quality data. Manage project financials through budget tracking, revenue forecasting, and billing readiness, collaborating with Finance to align project data with financial records and maintain visibility of profitability.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, Information Systems, or a related field
- 5+ years' experience in Project Management, Business Operations, PMO, Strategy & Operations, or similar roles
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid)
- Proven experience managing projects, including timelines, budgets, and stakeholders
- Experience working with project management tools (e.g., SuiteProjects Pro, Smartsheet, MS Project, Jira, etc.)
- Solid understanding of: Project financials (budgeting, forecasting)
- Solid understanding of: Billing and invoicing processes
- Strong analytical skills, particularly in metrics and reporting
- High attention to detail, especially around data accuracy and consistency
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in SaaS, Technology, Professional Services or consulting environment
- Experience supporting or defining PM standards and governance
- Exposure to financial reporting and margin analysis
