Job Summary
Project Manager III – IT Liaison at LAX: lead cross-functional coordination between Airport IT projects, Operations, and stakeholders; ensure alignment, communications, and smooth integration of IT solutions with airport operations across multiple terminals; manage contractor relationships, schedule, risk, and dependencies; leverage knowledge of airport IT systems (SITA, AODB, FIDS, BHS) and PM tools (PMWeb, SharePoint, Office); requires 15+ years of airport project experience and a Bachelor's in a related field; certifications preferred (PMP, LEED, AAAE, etc).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Aviation, Business, Engineering, Construction Management, Planning or other related technical field
- 15+ years of experience in airport/project management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management
- Experience coordinating across multiple terminals and with airline partners
- Experience with airport IT/infrastructure projects (preferred)
- Certifications preferred: PMP, LEED, AAAE, PE, AICP
