Job Summary
Project Manager III to lead transport and cybersecurity projects for NGA on the Transport & Cybersecurity Services program. Responsible for planning, executing, and closing IT transport and cybersecurity initiatives, developing project plans and requirements, managing cost/schedule/scope/quality constraints, coordinating with engineers for BOM validation, and ensuring successful delivery through collaboration with customers, teaming partners, vendors, and security engineers. Requires 8+ years of PM experience with DoD/IC programs, active TS/SCI clearance, PMP certification, and strong stakeholder management and communications skills. Must understand customer mission requirements and provide guidance for continuous process improvements across integrated teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field or management
- 8+ years’ experience in Project Management for DoD / IC Programs
- PMP Certification (Active)
- Active TS/SCI Clearance
- Ability to lead and delegate responsibilities
- Excellent communications and customer management skills
- Experience managing matrix teams in multiple locations
- Proficient in Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint
