Job Summary
Lead coordination and governance of IT projects within the bank’s technology organization. Responsibilities include coordinating project proposals to define timelines, budgets, technical scope, and objectives; building project plans by outlining procedures and coordinating each phase; managing budgets and tracking expenses with dependencies and critical path; partnering with stakeholders, internal teams, and vendors to align expectations and clarify requirements; monitoring progress through status reports, adjusting plans as needed, and supporting testing and quality assurance; leading project execution by guiding teams, solving problems, and translating business needs into system design.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field with an IT focus
- 7-10 years of directly related experience in Information Technology project management or equivalent
- PMP (preferred)
- Prior experience in financial services industry is preferred
