Job Summary
Project Manager III at Advarra responsible for delivering projects on time and within cost, coordinating cross-functional teams, and serving as the primary liaison to the client study team from kickoff to sign-off. Drive process improvements to shorten lead times, reduce costs, and create flexible, scalable processes; manage client deliverables and requirements, maintain the project master schedule, ensure proactive communication, motivate teams, track progress, and provide ongoing status reporting to senior management. Required to have strong client-facing skills, organization, and knowledge of clinical trial standards; experience with resource coordination, budgeting, and gaining alignment across functional heads; capability to mentor team members and contribute to continuous improvement of development tools and processes.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Third level Degree, BSc (Life Sciences) or RGN preferred
- Minimum of 5 years in the clinical trial or technology industry preferably in a project management or customer facing role and/or 2 years’ SCS Project Management experience
- Experience in managing complex projects and project teams
- Experience in project finance (i.e. forecast and budgeting)
- Aware of professional/clinical trial industry standards, in particular excellent knowledge of ICH GCP required
