Job Summary
Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation for complex nuclear projects. Define scope, milestones, and deliverables while coordinating with engineering, construction, and operations stakeholders. Develop risk-management strategies, monitor performance, and maintain executive-level documentation. Mentor multidisciplinary teams and resolve resource constraints. Apply advanced methodologies and continuous-improvement practices to ensure projects align with organizational objectives. Requires 10–15 years of experience, PMP certification, and nuclear industry exposure.
Required Qualifications
- 10–15 years of project management experience, including experience managing complex projects
- Nuclear industry/project experience required
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business, or related field
- PMP certification required
- Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and project controls
- Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary project teams
- Strong executive communication, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills
- Ability to work effectively in complex and highly regulated project environments
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting nuclear power generation projects
- Advanced project management certifications or specialized nuclear project experience
- Experience managing projects involving engineering, construction, outages, plant modifications, or capital improvements
