Job Summary
Manage production crews and job assignments while overseeing all aspects of production processes and customer needs. Coordinate jobs with the production crew, assign tasks, and monitor jobs from start to completion. Complete job files, documentation, and pricing schedules in a timely manner to maintain established production costs. Communicate effectively with the General/Operations Manager, Owner, office staff, and technicians to address concerns and ensure clear information flow. Leave jobsites orderly, maintain equipment cleanliness, and represent the brand by managing customer satisfaction. Identify areas for improvement and build lasting relationships with clients and teammates.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in equipment, asset and financial management
- Understanding of safety guidelines and ability to manage them on site and while traveling
- Aptitude with record keeping, recording information and communicating 'the message'
- Ability to identify areas of opportunity among teammates, coaching for growth
- Strength in team building and establishing lasting relationships with clients and teammates
