Job Summary
Manage production crews and coordinate job assignments while following PuroClean® production guidelines. Assign jobs, supervise scheduling, and complete job files to monitor progress from start to completion. Manage pricing schedules, estimate details, and production costs, keeping the General/Operations Manager and Owner updated on all aspects. Represent the brand by managing customer satisfaction, addressing concerns with leadership, and leaving job sites orderly. Ensure clear communication with office staff, supervisors, and technicians while maintaining equipment cleanliness. Identify areas for improvement and manage relationships with centers of influence to exceed customer expectations.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in equipment, asset and financial management
- Understanding of safety guidelines and ability to manage them on site and while traveling
- Aptitude with record keeping, recording information and communicating 'the message'
- Ability to identify areas of opportunity among teammates, coaching for growth
- Strength in team building and establishing lasting relationships with clients and teammates
