Job Summary
Lead multiple product lifecycle projects from concept approval through sunsetting, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. Coordinate cross-functional teams across R&D, Marketing, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, Manufacturing, and international markets to drive execution and manage risks. Develop project plans, track budgets, monitor progress, and facilitate decision-making while serving as the primary communication point for stakeholders. Monitor project documentation, resolve conflicts, and support continuous improvement initiatives using Workfront or similar tools. Occasional evening and weekend work is required, including attendance at annual company conventions and non-convention farm events.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of project management experience
- 3-5 years of experience in managing mid-sized projects
- Occasional evening and weekend work
- Work at least one non-convention farm event a year
- Work at the annual company convention
- Ability to tolerate the scent of essential oils
- Currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field
- PMP certification or equivalent
- Experience supporting change management initiatives and process improvement
- Experience managing international product development projects or coordinating with global markets
- Experience with Oracle JD Edwards or other ERP system
- Experience in product development
- Experience in consumer goods
- Experience in manufacturing
- Experience in a related industry
