Project Manager II - Water & Wastewater Engineering

Job Summary
Develop project scope, estimates, and schedules for water and wastewater engineering projects in Florida. Manage project accounting, invoicing, and accounts receivable while overseeing design production, surveys, and contract documents. Direct staff, select team members, and coordinate resource assignments to maintain budget and profitability. Engage in business development, negotiate contracts, and close sales with clients. Communicate regularly with clients and state/federal agencies to address issues and drive satisfaction. Maintain professional licensure and stay current on technical trends.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in civil, structural, mechanical/electrical, or related field as appropriate or equivalent in combined education and experience in the field of practice
- 10+ years' experience in engineering specializing in projects in practice area with increasing responsibility
- P.E. licensure
- Must be able to obtain licensure in the states in which the company does business
- Valid driver's license with good driving record
- Good written and verbal communication skills
