Job Summary

Lead and direct all aspects of assigned projects for the Data and Solutions Infrastructure team, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and on budget. Coordinate project activities including financial responsibility and resource management to meet schedule and budget goals. Establish project teams, provide leadership and guidance to staff, and facilitate consensus through communication with stakeholders at all levels. Liaise with consultants, vendors, and external agencies to negotiate contracts for goods and services. Partner with technical leaders to design solutions and translate business needs into clear requirements. This role supports the Data and Solutions Infrastructure team across Vancouver Coastal Health, focusing on process improvement and strategic information delivery. Candidates must demonstrate experience using AI tools to streamline workflows and possess strong organizational skills within a complex interdisciplinary environment.

Required Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Health Services Administration, Business Administration or relevant health care discipline
  • seven (7) to ten (10) year's recent, related experience
  • experience that includes hospital budgeting
  • experience managing large-scale projects
  • experience facilitating and managing consultation processes with a wide range of stakeholder groups
  • Current registration with relevant professional College/Association
  • Excellent communication skills
  • ability to communicate with the physician community
  • Computer literacy with word-processing, spreadsheet, presentation, project management and database applications
  • Strong project management experience
  • proven track record of delivering initiatives in complex, cross-functional environments
  • Ability to translate business needs into clear requirements
  • work effectively with technical teams to plan and deliver solutions
