Project Manager II - Transportation Engineering Alternative Delivery

Project Manager II responsible for development of project scope and fee quotation, assisting in technical proposals and contracts per HNTB’s Sophisticated Contracting Approach, leading or participating in client contract scoping and negotiations, and serving as primary client liaison to manage project scope, schedule and budget on TN alternative delivery transportation projects ranging from $5M to over $300M. Leads or collaborates on technical tasks including analysis, design, specifications and production; implements SDA/SCA processes; directs project staffing, development, and performance reviews; collaborates with client service leaders for business development and pursuit efforts; and leads proposal development and interview presentations for strategic, mini-mega, and mega projects.
