Job Summary
Manage project scope, schedule, cost, and quality from kickoff through commissioning for water and wastewater treatment projects. Maintain schedules covering engineering, procurement, fabrication, and startup activities while coordinating with internal departments and external partners to meet milestones. Track financial performance including budgets, forecasts, and cost-to-complete. Communicate regularly with customers regarding progress, risks, and changes. Lead project meetings and maintain documentation including action logs and status reports. Review contracts, specifications, and purchase orders. Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful outcomes and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards. Work in a hybrid environment with 50% office time.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of relevant project management experience in industrial, manufacturing, or infrastructure settings
- Experience managing schedules, budgets, and cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of project management principles and methodologies
- Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar)
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and contracts
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Leadership and team coordination abilities
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field preferred
- Relevant certifications (PMP, EIT, PE) are a plus
- Equivalent experience will be considered
- Exposure to water/wastewater systems, engineered equipment, or construction projects preferred
