Job Summary
Lead and independently manage building envelope consulting projects from kickoff through completion, balancing technical, financial, and client responsibilities. Serve as primary client contact, coordinate with contractors and stakeholders, perform site assessments and technical evaluations, analyze conditions and deficiencies, generate reporting, and keep multiple projects on track with proactive risk management. Demonstrate ownership, clear communication under pressure, and the ability to reconcile technical detail with client expectations while progressing projects to timely outcomes. Travel locally to project sites and contribute to professional development within a collaborative team environment.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of project management experience in construction, consulting, architecture, engineering, or related fields
- Intermediate knowledge of building envelope systems including roofing, waterproofing, cladding, and related assemblies
- Strong client-facing communication skills
- Ability to manage projects with minimal oversight
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects
- Familiarity with project management or consulting software
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field
