Job Summary
Project Manager II at Pepper Construction overseeing safety, direction, completion, and financial outcomes of construction projects from initial budget through closeout. Responsible for budgeting, value engineering, bid processes, subcontractor coordination, scheduling, cost control, quality and safety, and client communications. Leads and mentors staff, develops new business, and builds relationships with owners, architects, and developers. Requires a B.S. in Construction, Engineering, or related field (preferred) and 9+ years of experience; in-person work at Dublin, OH area offices; Pepper does not sponsor work visas.
Required Qualifications
- B.S. in Construction, Engineering, or related area of study preferred
- 9+ years' experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A collaborative approach to leading successful projects
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail oriented
