Job Summary
Drive planning, decision-making, and implementation strategies for custom Drug Product projects supporting key clients and internal objectives. Create and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and scope definitions while managing supply chain, financial resources, and dependencies. Host project meetings, client visits, and cross-functional activities to ensure schedules and deliverables remain clear. Identify resource, technical, or scheduling constraints, develop risk assessments, and propose solutions to resolve issues impacting timelines or quality. Track contract deliverables, forecast revenue-generating activities, and manage product costs to drive continuous improvement. Collaborate with Sales to build long-term customer relationships and participate in business improvement programs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Biotech/Pharma or CMO
- Minimum of 2 years in Project Management
- Understanding of biotech or drug product development and of multi-project planning and coordination
- Regular and reliable attendance on a full-time basis [or in accordance with posted schedule]
- Exhibiting professional behavior with both internal and external business associates that reflects positively on the company and is consistent with the company's policies and practices
- Embodies PCI Pharma Services cultural values and aligns daily actions with department goals and company culture
- Comply with all PCI policies and procedures
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree in a life sciences or business discipline
- MS-Project and/or Smartsheet
