Job Summary
Oversee planning, execution, and reporting of a portfolio of projects and programs; define project scope, goals, and deliverables; assemble cross-functional plans and schedules; direct cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget; identify and mitigate issues, manage resources, and ensure quality standards; provide regular status updates to senior leadership and stakeholders and apply project management methodologies to optimize processes and outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Science or related field; Master’s degree preferred
- Five years of experience directly leading projects in multiple technologies and functions
- Project management certification or completion of a recognized project management curriculum or equivalent work experience
- Experience in life science, GMP, government contracting or other regulated industry desired
- Two years of manager/supervisory experience
