Job Summary
Lead fabrication and assembly teams in the field with hands-on, day-to-day direction to keep production on schedule. Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes on the shop floor while creating production plans and roadmaps. Coordinate production schedules to meet customer demands and deadlines, ensuring materials are available and utilized efficiently. Monitor quality control procedures and collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery. Conduct cost-benefit analyses for manufacturing processes and work with cross-functional teams to enable project success. Assist in implementing lean manufacturing concepts and continuous improvement initiatives. Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm. Salary range $85,000 - $130,000.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a manufacturing engineer or similar role
- Experience in a manufacturing environment & assembly line production
- Experience with implementing lean manufacturing concepts
- Must be proficient in English
- Must be able to walk up and down stairs
- Must be able to enter, travel in, and exit vehicles and airplanes
Desired Qualifications
- Background in project management & process improvement is preferred
- Experience with supply chain management is a plus
