Job Summary
Lead end-to-end delivery of Healthy Volunteers and Patient Clinical Pharmacology projects, acting as the primary point of contact for sponsor teams while owning scope, timelines, and budgets. Manage critical paths to mitigate risks and ensure milestones align with client and Fortrea objectives, providing senior leadership in a matrix environment by mentoring team members and resolving escalations. Maintain oversight of TMFs, CTMS activities, and adherence to SOPs and ICH/GCP standards to ensure quality and audit readiness. Contribute to business growth through bid defence, strategic client relationships, and process improvement initiatives. This full-time, remote role supports the evolution of Phase Ib clinical trial delivery and operational excellence within Fortrea's Clinical Pharmacology Services.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive clinical research experience within a CRO or biopharmaceutical environment
- At least 2 years of full project management accountability on domestic, regional and or international clinical studies
- University/college life science degree from an appropriately accredited institution
Desired Qualifications
- Phase 1 and Phase Ib experience
- International PM experience in Ph II-III
- Familiarity with early-phase trials in healthy volunteers and patients and their fast-paced environment
- Study budget management skills
- Experience in forecasting
- Experience in revenue recognition
- Experience in change order development and negotiation
- Proven ability to inspire and manage globally dispersed teams and vendors
- Ability to work on multiple studies at any one time
- Expertise in critical path analysis
- Experience in the development of effective risk mitigation plans

- Ability to influence decisions
- BID presentation expertise
- Master's or other advanced degree
- PMP certification
