Job Summary
Project Manager II to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of water and wastewater projects. Responsibilities include developing detailed project plans with schedules and budgets, coordinating cross-functional teams (engineering, contractors, and vendors), managing client relationships, tracking scope, schedule, and quality, mitigating project risks, and preparing reports on status and solutions. Responsibilities also cover reviewing control panel calculations, I/O lists, submittals, and PLC wiring diagrams, providing on-site support to technicians and programmers, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and safety standards. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, or related field, 3-5 years of PM experience in water/wastewater, strong I&C knowledge, proficiency with AutoCAD Electrical, and solid communication, analytical, organizational, and time-management skills. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in project management in water / wastewater industry
- Strong understanding of I&C systems and control technologies used in water / wastewater treatment facilities
- Advanced understanding of instrumentation and controls in water / wastewater
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to read engineering and construction drawings and specifications
- Knowledge in AutoCAD electrical and libraries
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to work with strict deadlines
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to manage client relationships and provide updates
