Job Summary
Lead projects from preconstruction through closeout across Northeast Wisconsin, managing facility upgrades, equipment installations, and capital construction for clients in pulp & paper, food & beverage, power, and manufacturing. Coordinate with clients, Superintendents, engineers, and trade partners to handle planning, budgeting, scheduling, contract administration, and overall project execution while minimizing disruption to ongoing operations. Ensure safe, efficient delivery aligned with high industry standards and lead a variety of projects ranging from ground-up initiatives to complex industrial environments.
Required Qualifications
- Four-year engineering or construction management degree
- Seven plus years of construction experience
- Proven experience working within industrial construction
- Proven ability to manage schedules, budgets, and project financials with confidence and accountability
- Strong knowledge of construction means and methods and how they translate from plan to field
- Clear and effective communicator who can collaborate with craft professionals, project leadership, and clients
- Location: Appleton, WI
- Regional travel may be required based on project needs
