Job Summary
Project Manager II/III on our Electrical Construction team responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating designated project activities to ensure successful execution within established timeframes and budgets. Build and maintain strong customer relationships, support proposal and estimating processes using Accubid, review scope and allocate resources, enforce safety policies, maintain project documentation (estimate logs, labor tracking, change orders, RFIs, transmittals, journals, and monthly financial reports), manage billing schedules, prepare submittals and shop drawings, lead change order processes, maintain coordination with the General Contractor, attend stakeholder meetings, ensure permitting compliance, oversee subcontractors and vendors, and provide field team support. For PM II, lead proposal and estimating processes, develop detailed work plans, oversee contract language and staffing, and for PM III, operate independently, identify repeat business opportunities, and mentor others. The role requires a Bachelor's degree or 3–6 years of related experience, proficiency in reading technical procedures and construction drawings, and strong communication and leadership skills. Compensation range is $140,000–$180,000/year, DOE, Exempt.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university
- 3–6 years of related experience and/or training
- Proficient in reading, analyzing, and interpreting technical procedures, construction drawings, and specifications
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Smartsheet, Bluebeam, and various project management, estimating, financial, and labor tracking software
