Job Summary
As a Project Manager II, you will serve as the primary point of contact with owners, architects, and trade partners while leading project teams and managing budgets and timelines for commercial construction projects. This role involves ensuring project profitability, maintaining compliance with safety regulations, and developing professional relationships to drive business. Strong communication, leadership skills, and detail orientation are essential. A bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field along with at least 5 years of construction experience is required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related degree or equivalent experience
- 5 years of related construction experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass pre-employment testing
- Ability to take and pass OSHA 30 certification
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Projects, and Outlook
- Strong leadership skills
- Great verbal and written communication skills
Additional Requirements
- Must be able to navigate all areas of the construction site in all types of weather.
- Must be able to work in a noisy environment.
