Job Summary
Conduct daily on-site leadership for a medium-sized construction project, managing project superintendents, engineers, and direct reports to establish operational priorities. Develop project safety plans, controls, and risk mitigation processes while monitoring change management and financial forecasts. Create and manage quality and closeout plans aligned with contract documents, implement subcontracting strategies, and prepare monthly schedule updates. Enforce contracts, manage insurance and bonds, and perform constructability reviews to ensure integrity. Collaborate with business development to integrate sales strategies and strengthen client relationships.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Construction Management
- 5-10 years of experience
- Or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong technical and communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Knowledge of industry standard software
- Microsoft Office
