Job Summary
Coordinate client projects through all phases, including set-up, login review, communication of analytical issues, reporting, invoicing, and bottle orders. Manage purchase orders, task orders, contracts, and change requests while verifying lab compound lists and limits against project requirements. Initiate project kick-off calls, engage work-share labs and service centers, and forecast upcoming work to ensure adequate capacity. Review job lists daily, manage due dates, and communicate expected delays or data anomalies to clients before submission. Generate final reports, issue data packages, and handle credit/debit memos and accounts receivable follow-up. Maintain client accounts by communicating capabilities, resolving complaints, and forwarding leads to sales.
Required Qualifications
- Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
- Professional working proficiency in English is a requirement, including the ability to read, write and speak in English
- BS/BA in Chemistry/Sciences
- Minimum 5 years of client-relationship/customer service experience or Project Management experience
- Prefer 1+ year bench chemist or field experience
- Eurofins Environment Testing America services, products, testing capabilities, technology, production, and support systems

- Position is full-time Monday - Friday dayshift with overtime as needed
