Job Summary

Lead large-scale, cross-functional Health IT and EHR deployment programs from initiation through completion, developing comprehensive end-to-end project plans and execution frameworks for initiatives with ambiguous scope. Align cross-functional leadership teams on priorities, goals, and execution strategy while building integrated project schedules in MS Project and establishing scalable governance models. Conduct detailed risk analysis to proactively mitigate delivery risks and bottlenecks, translating broad program requirements into actionable workstreams and measurable execution plans. Facilitate communication across internal teams, client leadership, and third-party vendors to drive informed decision-making in low process maturity environments. Deliver concise, executive-level communications that synthesize complex information into impact-driven outcomes. This remote opportunity requires a self-starter with 8+ years of experience in enterprise-scale EHR implementations, the ability to obtain Public Trust clearance, and strong analytical skills to solve problems before they impact program delivery.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Healthcare Management, Project Management, or related field from an accredited college or university
  • 8+ years of program or project management experience within Health IT, healthcare technology, or EHR deployment environments
  • Demonstrated experience leading enterprise-scale, complex, cross-functional implementations
  • Proven expertise developing and managing large integrated project schedules using MS Project
  • Strong experience operating in highly matrixed, client-facing, and multi-vendor delivery environments
  • Experience working within ambiguous program structures and creating clarity through structured execution planning
  • Proven ability to influence leadership and drive alignment across organizations with varying levels of project management maturity
  • Strong risk management and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at executive and operational levels
  • Demonstrated end-to-end ownership mentality with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to independently prioritize, execute, and drive results with minimal oversight
  • Ability to Travel
  • Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance

Desired Qualifications

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
  • Experience supporting enterprise EHR implementations (Epic, Cerner/Oracle Health, Meditech, or similar platforms)
  • Experience building PMO governance structures or transformation offices
  • Consulting background supporting healthcare system transformations
