Project Manager II : e-Learning Instructional Designer

Job Summary
Oversee all aspects of e-learning design by using instructional design techniques and software applications to create and develop web-based learning. Manage client relationships and project work plans while collaborating with subject matter experts to write engaging content and consulting with multimedia specialists to identify graphic and interactive components. Produce high-quality professional courseware using storyboards, templates, and other tools, and coordinate team activities under the direction of senior project managers. Achieve operational objectives by preparing action plans, implementing quality standards, resolving problems, and analyzing variances to initiate corrective actions. Set and manage project expectations with stakeholders, enhance department reputation through ownership of new requests, and participate in developing forecasting requirements and annual budgets. Work remotely from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with a requirement to reside in OH, FL, or NV and own transportation for travel throughout the hospital system.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field
- Three years of experience coordinating or managing various projects
- High School Diploma/GED and seven years of experience
- Associate's Degree and five years of experience
- Master's Degree and two years of experience
- Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods
- Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment
- Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information
- Must have own transportation to travel to multiple sites
- Ability to travel throughout the hospital system
- Must comply with influenza prevention program (annual influenza vaccination or approved exemption)
