Job Summary
Project Manager II position at Luminis Health responsible for planning, implementing, and executing capital projects within a hospital/healthcare setting. Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and schedules; lead multidisciplinary teams; coordinate with clinical and support departments; manage contracts, quality, safety, and regulatory compliance; produce routine financial and status reports; oversee equipment and signage coordination and installation; ensure timely delivery within budget and quality standards. Requires a Bachelor’s Degree and five years of construction management experience; preferred CHC certification, OSHA 30-hour, and ASHE certification. Location: Annapolis, MD onsite.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in construction, healthcare, general or business management or related field from an accredited college or university
- Five (5) years of experience in construction management. Experience in a hospital or healthcare environment preferred.
- American Hospital Association (AHA) Certified Healthcare Constructor (CHC) Certificate or equivalent preferred.
- Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) 30-hour Outreach Training Program.
- American Society of Healthcare Engineers (ASHE) professional certification.
