Job Summary
Manage all phases of concrete construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, overseeing structural concrete, foundations, formwork, rebar coordination, placement, and finishing operations. Lead project planning, budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, and cost control while coordinating with owners, architects, engineers, vendors, and subcontractors. Support project buyouts, procurement, contract administration, and change order management, utilizing Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project for schedule maintenance. Champion safety compliance with OSHA requirements and ensure quality control throughout the project lifecycle. Monitor labor, equipment, and material budgets to support successful execution of industrial, manufacturing, and data center projects ranging from $25,000 to $30 million.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred
- 9-12 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager managing self-perform concrete, structural concrete, foundation, industrial construction, or commercial construction projects
- Strong knowledge of: Concrete construction
- Strong knowledge of: Cast-in-place concrete
- Strong knowledge of: Formwork systems
- Strong knowledge of: Rebar detailing
- Strong knowledge of: Concrete placement and finishing
- Strong knowledge of: Foundation construction
- Strong knowledge of: Construction means and methods
- Experience within industrial construction, manufacturing construction, mission-critical construction, data center construction, heavy commercial construction, or large-scale capital projects
- Experience with: Project scheduling
- Experience with: Cost management
- Experience with: Budgeting
- Experience with: Forecasting
- Experience with: Construction estimating
- Experience with: Project controls
- Experience with: Procurement
- Experience with: Contract administration
- Proficiency with construction management software such as: Procore
- Proficiency with construction management software such as: Sage 300

- Proven leadership experience managing field operations, subcontractors, vendors, and project teams
- Experience working for a General Contractor, Construction Manager, or Design-Build contractor preferred
- Ability to travel as needed
- Ability to walk, stand, and navigate active construction sites for extended periods
- Ability to work extended hours when necessary to support project milestones
- Ability to comply with all site safety requirements and safely navigate construction environments
