Job Summary
Project Manager II to oversee and manage a team ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and completeness of resident lease files within the Entrata property management system. Responsibilities include reviewing audit findings, correcting discrepancies, maintaining data integrity, uploading and organizing lease documents, communicating with onsite teams and auditors, verifying corrections against internal policies, tracking changes for audit readiness, monitoring recurring issues, supporting audit cycles, and providing leadership to ensure timely, compliant operations. Translate strategic objectives into executable project plans, manage interdependencies across projects, and oversee daily program operations to maintain regulatory compliance within a residential property management context. Requires strong attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to work independently with a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and prior leadership experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Community Manager or higher job experience and experience managing team and oversee tasks and projects
- Experience working with property management systems, including leasing, resident management, accounting, or document management modules
- Strong understanding of lease agreements, addenda, and standard property management documentation
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to interpret audit findings and translate them into actionable corrections
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with onsite teams and auditors
- Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and handle multiple files simultaneously
- Basic understanding of compliance requirements in residential property management
